2.) “Free Ticket Vouchers” Our firm periodically distributes Free Ticket Vouchers to our clients and prospective clients. Redemption of these vouchers are subject to the following criteria as described below:

A.) The traffic citation must be a simple moving violation, such as: Speeding 1-30 mph over, failure to yield, failure to maintain lane, failure to obey traffic control device and similar charges.

B.) Citations for the following DO NOT qualify for redemption: Reckless Driving, Careless Driving, Aggressive Driving, Exhibition of Speed, DUI, Parking violations, Jaywalking, In a public park after hours. Any violations that are not classified, at our discretion, as qualifying citation types will not be eligible for redemption.

C.) The citation and its charge(s) must not be in warrant status.

D.) The citation must be with one of the following jurisdictions to qualify: Las Vegas Justice Court, Las Vegas Municipal Court, City of North Las Vegas Municipal Court, City of North Las Vegas Justice Court, Henderson Municipal Court, Boulder City Municipal Court, Boulder City Justice Court

E.) We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify the rules of any promotional offers as necessary, including the termination of.
